IASI Overview and Mission

The International Association of Structural Integrators is the professional membership organization for Structural Integration. Founded in 2002, IASI sprang up as a grassroots organization from within the profession to:
  • set standards,
  • move towards certification,
  • insure continuation of a professional identity, and
  • promote Structural Integration’s continued growth as a respected profession in the healthcare field.

IASI has since grown rapidly to become Structural Integration’s most well-respected organization attracting a world-wide membership of leaders in the field.
Our mission: To be Structural Integration's leading organization for the creation of standards of practice, review and certification of practitioners and the advancement of Structural Integration as a cornerstone to human health and well-being through education, community and communication.
Membership in IASI assures your clients that they are receiving treatment from a well-trained and knowledgeable professional who has met strict training standards, follows a professional code of ethics, and maintains a program of continuing education.

IASI is incorporated in the State of Montana as a 501(c)6 non-profit membership organization (see bylaws).

Working for the Success
SI Professionals
IASI works for legislation which will allow Structural Integrators within the U.S. and in all member countries to maintain their unique place in the health care field, practicing free of unnecessary restrictions. The IASI Board recognizes that in order to maintain that freedom, we as a profession must accept responsibility for:
  • overseeing and improving standards of practice and training
  • maintaining a code of ethics and grievance procedures
  • building a quality continuing education program
  • communicating and networking for its members

Who Should Join IASI?

Membership in IASI is primarily held by professional SI practitioners and educators however we encourage anyone over the age of 18 to join us in one of 3 membership levels:  Professional Structural Integrator, Candidate and Supporting.  IASI encourages participation at all levels because we recognize the importance of this work and the need to "spread the word."  The yearly membership fees are:
  • Professional Structural Integrator: for graduates of an SI training program: $165 US for US members and $150 US for members in other countries.
  • Candidate: for current students of an SI training program: $60.00 US
  • Supporting: for non-SI or retired SI practitioners who are interested in the organization but do not practice professionally: $60.00 US

IASI is currently evaluating methods to test basic competencies in the practice of Structural Integration. Until completion of this process, IASI is accepting new members from the following Structural Integration training programs:

Working Together
Opportunities to Participate & Create Your Future
IASI was created by Structural Integrators, to serve Structural Integrators. Much of the work of developing the organization and creating a professional identity for Structural Integration is being done with the time, energy and vision of dedicated volunteers. There are many tasks, from small projects to large, that require the talents and skills of different people. This is an opportunity to put your knowledge and skills to use in the area that interests you and help bring the IASI vision into being.
